1.Parties and scope

This site is operated by Lemnoria OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (register code 17521306, address: Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, 15551, Harju maakond, Estonia). These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Lemnoria website (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Automation, AI and integration services provided separately from the Site are governed by a written quote or agreement signed between the parties. These terms do not replace that agreement.

2.Site content

The information on the Site is for general promotional purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Scope, timeline and price are set in the quote prepared after the needs analysis.

We try to keep the content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Success rates, savings figures and project counts on the Site are illustrative and do not mean the same result will be achieved in every project.

3.Free automation analysis

The free analysis requested through the contact form or other channels is a preliminary assessment. It creates no obligation to buy any service and does not oblige us to deliver any particular outcome.

4.Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use it for purposes that are unlawful or infringe the rights of third parties.
• Perform actions that harm, overload or block access to the Site, its servers or infrastructure (automated scraping, attacks, malware, etc.).
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access.
• Use the contact form to send misleading, spam or abusive messages.
• Submit information on behalf of someone else without permission.

5.Intellectual property

The design, text, images, software and the Lemnoria name and logo on the Site belong to Lemnoria or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party product and brand logos on the Site (for example, platforms we integrate with) belong to their respective owners; they are used only to show compatibility and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

6.Information you share

You confirm that the information you submit through forms or messages is accurate and that you have the right to share it. How it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or confidential customer data in the first conversation.

7.Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those services.

8.Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

This clause does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights that cannot be limited by law.

9.Changes and access

We may change, suspend or remove these terms and the Site without notice. The current terms are published on this page; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules of consumer law that cannot be waived, the courts of Tallinn (Harju County Court) have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
